What is it like to work in probation and across our CRCs?

There are many exciting roles within the CRC. We have a lot to offer anyone looking for an exciting role working in the operational side of the CRC. Roles such as case managers and Community Payback supervisors work directly with service users.

Read stories below of staff currently working across our CRCs:

Suhail – Senior Case Manager

“I joined probation to make a difference, to support change and help people become better humans. I have seen first-hand the difficulties faced in my community and I am grateful to be able to help people and reduce crime. I take great satisfaction from the work we carry out and I am confident in saying we make Bradford and surrounding areas a safer place”

Adam – Community Payback placement co-ordinator

“Community Payback offers offenders the chance to experience work life, the rewards it can bring, friendships and positive mentors and feedback. When done correctly, I believe there is no better way to re-engage offenders back into society than Community Payback.”

Gemma – Case Manager

“I wanted to find somewhere I could move on in, I am on my third role in probation and have been here nine years so I have achieved this goal. In my previous role I couldn’t move on so I thought about what and who I was interested in working with and this led me here”
